If you are a condominium owner, we provide a management service that can enhance your living experience and give value to you and your neighbors.  By way of introduction, we are Donna and Ed Krausman of DonEd Management, a company devoted exclusively to managing condominium complexes.  We have chosen condominium management for a number of reasons:  

	As a condominium owner, we can appreciate the expectations and concerns from an owner's and manager's perspective.
	As a condominium board past president and vice-president, Ed has served his association as liaison between owners and condominium agents, giving the owners' interests the utmost priority.
	We are agents for condominium associations, providing management services to, and working with, the association board and other owners in order to further mutual interests.
	Ed is a certified public accountant (CPA), bringing financial and business expertise to benefit condominium associations from a practical and economic sense.

We have found that our experience has given us insights into providing invaluable service to condominium living.  Our services include inspection and maintenance oversight of the complex, budgeting accounting and financial reporting for the operations of the association, meeting with the association boards in discussing, formulating, and carrying out the desires of the board, and meeting with owners. 

Major accomplishments include building and grounds maintenance oversight, roofing projects, parking lot/driveway sealing, financial management and reporting, receiving, depositing, and safeguarding condo fees and assets, late billing if, and when necessary, expense and vendor negotiation management, and liaison to mortgagers and owners' insurance providers and realtors. 

We became involved in condominium management out of necessity for the benefit of our association and discovered that we enjoy the process and are good at it.  This is a service that we provide to condominium owners and associations on a professional basis with personal attention to detail at a reasonable cost.
