We are Ed & Donna Krausman of DonEd Condo Management.
We became condo residents in 1999.
Ed became a director and Vice-President of his condo association in 2000 and
was elected President of the association in 2001.
Donna and Ed assumed the managerial role of the association in 2002
at which time Ed resigned as President.
Donna has had many years experience in property management in Madison and elsewhere, having dealt with landlord/tenant relations. Ed received his accounting degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison and earned the Certified Public Accountant designation. Together, we bring a number of years of management experience and financial expertise to condominium living. We have developed a good sense of balance in conflict resolution and work well with people We enjoy the give and take in making the condo living experience more enjoyable for everyone. |
